FY22 Performance Tuition Grant-in-aid support Provided to families in need to support their efforts. In FY 2022, 21 families received assistance Goal to allow every student who wants to attend Trinity Lutheran School to be financially able to do so

Current Year Activity Grants Awarded in Fiscal Year 2023 through September 30 $109,469 T-Fund Assistance $24,675 School Tuition Assistance
Current Year Activity T-Fund Assistance Tuition Reduction for All Trinity Lutheran Member Students Funded by an annual donation $2,100 grant given to qualifying first child; $1,800 to second child for 2022/2023 school year $109,469 expected to be awarded to 56 member students for current school year
Current Year Activity School Tuition Assistance (Ken Black Fund) $175 per student granted to All Trinity Lutheran School students K-8th $24,675 expected to be awarded to accepting students
Current Year Communication Activity Legacy Giving Focus Primary Target Members: Regular Attendees Givers: Top 20% Cultivate relationship with known Eternity Circle Members Events Series of Legacy Giving Dinners
Gift Planning Services
Gift Planning Services LCMS Foundation Partnership Provides an experienced LCMS Foundation Christian Gift Planning Counselor (Dionne Lovstad-Jones) Trained by and works for LCMS Foundation at a cost to TRF of $5,000/year Confidential, free financial and legal advisors to assist Trinity members with estate planning to transfer blessings
Gift Planning Services John Kelm Congregational Gift Planning Counselor A member of Trinity Lutheran Church for 28 years Retired after 35 years as a Financial Associate with Thrivent Financial Member of the TRF board for 3 years Completed the Lifetime Plan for Giving course, sponsored by LCMS Foundation Goal to assist Trinity Members in completing a plan of generosity that can benefit their family and the church

Designated Gifts Charles S. & Audrey Prange Mueller Endowment Fund School Endowment Fund Church Endowment Fund Ken Black School Tuition Endowment Fund T Fund T Fund Tuition Reduction Fund General Fund The purpose of this fund is to reduce the net tuition charged to TLC Member Students. A fluid fund with amount determined annually with donor(s). The purpose of this fund is to reduce the net tuition charged to TLS Students These are funds for general purposes and require Board approval The purpose of this fund is to provide grants for church workers and expansion of outreach ministries The purpose of this fund is to provide future preservation and expansion of the church and to assist in funding future costs The purpose of this fund is to reduce the costs associated with the School, thereby, reducing tuition
Undesignated Gifts General Foundation Fund All gifts received without a designation from the donor will be placed in this fund Distribution from this fund Church Endowment Fund 40% School Endowment Fund 20% School Tuition Endowment Fund 20% As Designated by TRF Board 20%
