Continued progress on golf course Master Plan Continued with enhancements to Volunteer program Sustained Junior golf program at 110 junior members Finished #10 green and tee boxes Qualified for Canada Summer Jobs grants Completed update of driving range & added hitting bay structure Restructure & training of management staff Developed a partnership with the neighboring development and the town Resurfaced the roof of the Cart barn Transfer of land for cart path from 15 to 16 Marketing initiatives created and maintained Lease signed for new carts and course equipment for the next 5 years 2024 Key Accomplishments

Worked with Developers, The Town and Engineers to ensure drainage of water overflow from development would not affect the Golf Course. - Agreement secured to turn over ownership of paved pathway between 15 and 16th holes. This not just a right away. - Had architect ensure that our existing holes and new development were far enough away from each other and discussed other options. - 2024 Land Development Working with Developer, The Town and Engineers to work on water overflow from Phase 2 and how it may affect our holes 3, 6 and 7. - Working with the developer, the Town and our Engineers to work on Connecting the sewage from Phase 2 to the Town Main Sewer. This will need to go next to Hole 3 and go South to North and connect near the maintenance buildings. This line will likely house our new irrigation line. Work to be done in the off season. -
