Key Dates Key Dates 2ndOctober 2024 Deadline for Music at Royal Conservatoire 15thOctober 2024 - Deadline for applications to Oxford and Cambridge Universities and for most Medicine, Veterinary, and Dentistry courses. 25th October 2024 Clydeview First Draft Deadline. 13thDecember 2024 Clydeview Final Deadline (to allow completion of references etc). 29thJanuary 2025 - Deadline for most other undergraduate university applications. 26th February 2025 - UCAS Extra opens for any applicants who received no offers, or who rejected all their offers. 5th July 2025 - Clearing 2024 opens.

  6. Personal Statements Ensure passion for course is at the forefront of the statement. Include any relevant experience including community groups, part- time jobs, personal interests, charity work, school responsibilities etc. Get relevant work experience ASAP if you don t already have this and really sell this in your statement. Stand out don t be bland, admissions read literally hundreds of statements be sure they remember yours for the right reasons.

Information that: Backs up statement Suitability for course Attendance, behaviour, punctuation and general attitude Extracurricular involvement/positions of responsibility Part-time job

  8. UCAS Application Costs Current Fee 28.50 Fee waived to Free School Meal entitled pupils. You can add 5 choices Universities cannot see your other choices.

  9. Tuition Fees If you elect to study in Scotland, SAAS will pay for your tuition fees. You may also apply to receive a bursary these are available depending on the course you study and household income. More information can be found on www.saas.gov.uk
