Our Core Services HR Administration (WFA) Absence Management (WFA, BN) 01 04 System transactions and inquiries impacting employee status (new jobs, transfers, pay changes, terminations) Update job data records for leave actions Payroll (PY) Business Continuity 02 05 All pre and post payroll activities (including W-2s & 941 adjustments) Benefits (BN) Develop and execute plan for vital processes in the case of an emergency Mass Update of Records (WFA, BN, PY) 03 06 Enrollment, changes to existing benefits, administrator of New Employee Benefits Orientation (NEBO) Updates to position control management, job data and compensation UCPATH.UNIVERSITYOFCALIFORNIA.EDU UCPATH CENTER 5

Our Core Services Customer Service Tool (ES, PR) Journal Entries (FN, PY) 07 10 Inquiry communication and tracking; notifications to locations/employees via email Prepare and post monthly entries relative to payroll and benefits processes General Ledger (FN, PY, BN) Financial Control (FN) 08 11 Assist locations with funding entry and general configuration Calculation of entries to clear intercampus transfers and reclassification entries Account Reconciliations (FN, PY) Reporting & Analytics (RPTA) 09 12 Develop and maintain queries and creation of functional design documents Bank reconciliations, salaries and wages, payroll adjustment clearing account, garnishments, tax, benefits (BPA, HSA, FSA), composite benefit rate, etc. Records & Fulfillment (RF) 13 Maintain employee records and fulfill record requests UCPATH.UNIVERSITYOFCALIFORNIA.EDU UCPATH CENTER 6
