Key Key events events of of the the USOA USOA: : 1994 - The founding congress of the USOA was held in October 1994. 1995 - The organization was registered in February 1995. 1995 - "Norms of professional activity of an appraiser" were adopted. 1995 Launch of the publication of the journal "Bulletin of valuation." 1996 - Acquired the status of an associate member of the IVSC. 2008 - The eighth edition of the IVS 2007 was published and translated into Ukrainian in August 2008. 2012 - in November 2012 the translation of IVS 2011 into Ukrainian was published. 2018 - IVS 2017, the translation into Ukrainian was published in December 2018.
Number of members of the Ukrainian Number of members of the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers by years: Society of Appraisers by years: 1994 - 123 appraisers; 2000 - 877 appraisers; 2005 - 1398 appraisers; 2010 - 1367 appraisers 2013 - 1222 appraisers; 2015 * - 1140 appraisers; 2019 ** - 928 appraisers. * - the appraisers of Sevastopol ceased their membership as a result of the war with the Russian Federation. ** - the membership of appraisers in Donetsk, Lugansk, and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea ceased as a result of the war with the Russian Federation.
Number of members of the USOA: Number of members of the USOA: 20-25 years - 152 appraisers; 10-20 years - 436 appraisers; Up to 10 years - 340 appraisers.
