  4. Dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death (a) The person was operating, or interfering with the operation of, a vehicle Dangerously Caused the death of or grievous bodily harm to another person (b) (c) Max Penalty 10 years imprisonment

  5. Manslaughter - s303(1) (a) A person unlawfully killed another person Max Penalty Life imprisonment

Reckless Murder s302(1)(aa) (a) A person is dead (b)The death was caused by a deliberate act (c) The accused did the deliberate act (d)At the time of the deliberate act was done, the conduct had reckless indifference to human life (e) Reckless indifference to human life means (i) the accused realized the act was likely to cause death or grievous bodily harm (ii) engaged in the conduct notwithstanding that probability
