  3. The theory of ethical egoism holds that promoting ones self goals is morally correct. To the strongest INTRODUCTION form, it is always moral to improve one's goals and it is never moral not to do so 3

  4. DEFINETION A norm ethical position known as "ethical egoism" holds that moral person should work in their own best interests. One of the most important and contested ethical is ethical egoism, at least in the context of business ethics. 4

  5. CHARECTARESTICS As per egoism, all actions are fueled by soul. In other words, it means that one's behavior, actions, and decisions are led by . Also, it says that all acts must be driven by personal interest. The idea of selfish act is only a mental physical rule. 5

  6. EXAMPLE action sometimes helps other people. For all, going to college is in your best interest and will keep you from getting benefits. You will get a job that helps others if you work for your good. 6

  7. HOW EGOISM CAN MAXIMIZE YOUR CHANCES FOR FINANCIAL SUCCESS The important benefit of egoism is that it can boost your odds of achieving overall life success. This is wholly correct if you have your own company. It is important that you put self first in this case and do more than the other. 7

  8. HOW EGOISM CAN HELP YOU TO REACH YOUR GOALS SOONER Not only will egoism improve your odds of business success, but it will also allow you to accomplish your goals far more fast. You will improve the lives of the others, but you will pass up the chance to use this time to grow yourself. 8

  9. CONCLUSION To summarize my topicThere is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.'l But if things considered in themselves are neither good nor bad, if there is no realm of value existing independently of animate beings and their activities, then thought is not the activity that summons value into being. Hume reminds us, 'Reason is, and ought only to be the slave of the passions', and while Hume's dictum has been widely disputed, we shall defend it.2 Desire, not thought, and volition, not 'cognition, are the springs of good and evil 9
