  1. The Tension In The Archer s Bow God s Word II Thessalonians 1

  2. The Tension In The Archers Bow Pulling the bow to tension: Enduring the pressure grows our faith and love

  3. I Timothy 1:12-15 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry; Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, & injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith & love which is in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful saying, & worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

  5. Revelation 14:12-13 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, & the faith of Jesus. I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; & their works do follow them.

  6. II Corinthians 5:8-10a We are confident, I say, & willing rather to be absent from the body, & to be present with the Lord. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ

  8. Mark 12:24 And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?

  9. Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? In Thy name have cast out devils? In Thy name done many wonderful works? Then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.

  10. The Tension In The Archers Bow Pulling the bow to tension: Enduring the pressure grows our faith and love Releasing the tension: Seeing Jesus righteousness enables us to rest Arrow hits the mark: All rebellion will be eternally destroyed

  11. Revelation 16:5-7 I [John] heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, & wast, & shalt be, because Thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints & prophets, & thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true & righteous are Thy judgments.
