1. Negative sign just gives you direction of field B 2. Magnitude of B is increasing with time 3. Current induced in the loop I_ind will oppose the change in field B 4. That induced current will have its own field B_ind 5. B_ind will be in such direction to prevent B from increasing 6. This means that B_ind will be in the z direction (opposite direction from B) 7. Use RHR to find the direction of I_ind
