WF1: phase continuity for PUCCH and PUSCH repetition RAN4 further study on following issues for phase continuity across repetition: phase continuity when there is X un-scheduled UL OFDM symbols in-between the PUSCH and PUCCH repetition, it is encouraged to study on following aspects: Whether phase continuity can be maintained if off power is not required on the un-scheduled symbols Other possible conditions Value of X Amount of Phase continuity tolerance across repetition when all phase continuity conditions agreed by RAN4 is met, following aspects can be considered: Phase drifting from UE implementation aspect: e.g. frequency error Study the impact on performance of joint channel estimation caused by phase change across repetition Other aspects are not precluded

WF2: power consistency for PUCCH and PUSCH repetition RAN4 further study on following issues for power consistency across repetition: Transmitted Power difference between PUCCH and PUSCH repetition when the configured power for each transmission are the same, assuming UE can meet all power control tolerance requirements defined in TS 38.101-1/2 For FR2, EIRP is considered Confirm following issues with RAN1, include the questions in the LS: Is Path loss RS common used across repetition? Is there TPC command transmitted to UE across repetition?
