  2. We will be talking about the socializations and social controls that affect our organization. Introduction The effect of deviance in our workplace and daily lives. Social factors that are causing inequality today.

  3. Family has a big impact on people because depending on the home enviroment they can bring that into work. As well as having family talk wrongly about what you do could have you less motivated to do the work you need to do, effecting the whole organization. Family

  4. Mass media Mass media is something that effects people the most because social media is so big, and puts on a epitome of what we think we "should" be doing, living, looking like etc. This can become very discouraging for many people. Social media in the work place is bad because people can write anything they want (even If its not true) about the company, as well as employees talking about each other.

  5. Religion is also a big one that an effect the workplace. People with different religions can, not agree with something a company does or how another employee works therefore creating tension and disagreements in the place which can then turn into a hostile enviroment no one wants to work in. Religion

  6. Peer pressure Peer pressure is a bad thing in all ways at work and anywhere, if we are being pressures to do something it makes us uncomfortable and we don t want to be around. Feeling peer pressures can lead someone to leave a job to talk badly about it.

  7. Society Society comes into play at work because we want to do what society deems as correct. We want to do thing just so others will be interesting in the company and use it of course. this can then cause employees to care to much about what society says and not be themselves at work.

  8. School School can affect a workplace because different things could have been taught to different people, and the way they learned something is not the way other learned it creating disagreements.

  9. Deviance Deviance plays a roll in our everyday lives because it makes us feel like we need to be a certain way and we cant be different or have different opinions because we will get punished for it. This also affects the workplace because you will get punished or looked at differently because you have a different opinion, or do something out of the "norm" Click to add text

  10. Social factors Some social factors that are causing the inequality we see is religion mostly I think peoples different views on religion makes them judge and discriminate against other religions. Another that I think is big is society and the social status/ poverty because your financial status is also looked at and judged by others.

  11. Wrap up As we can see society can be a very good thing or a very bad thing. It can affect us in many ways, I think it is important to not let society determine our lives and how we should live what we should and should not do or where to work.
