Infrastructure Availability for PC @MC (I) Premises + Buildings ready; accessible Paths to the building are passable, Entry openings, insertion shafts & -aids accessible & usable Transport routes can be used - - Infrastructure in place Basic infrastructure lighting, lockable doors/electrical security, AEB, Notaus/ emergency shutdown switches/points tested etc. temperature, Lockable rooms (electrical security, AEB) Cooling water(24 deionized water & 18 tap-water for heat exchanger): cooling water pipes, Cooling water distributor with connections for PCs, Cooling water system flushed & under pressure Ventilation: Ventilation ducts installed, Ventilation in operation 400V Low-voltage distribution systems (NSHV) available -> in operation Cable trays mounted, Grounding rail/frame installed for supply/ Einspeisung (400V), load & interlock/signal cables - - - - - - - Ground conditions False floor, Floor, staircase and / or ramp are ready Base frames for PCs are available & grounded - - Cables for PCs laid->connected 400V power & control/electronic cables laid & connected in NSHV (not in PC). Infrastructure Availability for PC@MC (II, pre-commissioning) Cooling water connections to PC: deionized & tap water, consist of pump and cooling container (for SC magnet); leakage check Ground connections: connection between PC & grounding bars in PC room/ in false floor. 400V NSHV control power connected to PC Load & interlock cables connected on both sides, at PC & magnet/ terminal box. PAS Interlock cable connection/continuity for sc- and nc- Dipole Magnets Coordinating pre commissioning SC/NC magnet test (continuity, HV, Quench related tests) Begin commissioning/ SAT Ab 4 26.05.2025 A.
