Training Curriculum At the Training of Trainers you will be given a flash drive and will also be able to get everything from the website. Trauma-Informed Care Training of Trainers orientation Each module will have a powerpoint, trainers guide, handouts and videos as well as an Order of Supporting Documents.
AGENDA for Training of Trainers We will review the two Modules Day 1 we will review Module 1-Trauma Informed Care. Each trainee will choose 2-4 slides that they will present to small groups on the 3rd day. Trauma-Informed Care Training of Trainers orientation Day 2 we will review Module 2 Enhancing Caregiver Resiliency Day 3 will be small group presentations where everyone will present theirs slides and get feedback and then questions and wrap up. Day 4 is an optional half day, where you can deepen your knowledge about coaching or training.
Meals and schedules We will offer breakfast and lunch each day. Day 4 will end with a box lunch to take with you Trauma-Informed Care Training of Trainers orientation Training Time Day 1-3 will be 9-4:30 with an hour for lunch. Make sure you eat your breakfast and get settled by 9am Dinners are on your own Tuesday night is an optional Presenters Salon where you can come practice your slides/presentation, share information, or chose from activities that can help deepen your skills

The Certification Process We are moving to a certification process that speaks to those 2 areas. For now, to be certified you will: Trauma-Informed Care Training of Trainers orientation Attend this orientation the pre-traning webinar Attend TIC TOT March 16-18 and optionally attend the day on the 19th. Complete evaluation and receive your certificate by Friday March 20, 2020 Keep in touch with Rainbow and the Network with what you need to be the best!
