This study examines the impact of unifying the ASEAN time zone on the physical and mental health of the population, focusing on Circadian Rhythm disruption. The research aims to investigate metabolic stress levels, mood, cognitive functions, and more by analyzing the relationship between sleep patterns and overall well-being. The study offers benefits such as early psychological well-being detection, cognitive assessments, and potential solutions for Circadian Rhythm disruption through time zone adjustments. Participants undergo screenings, blood tests, psychological evaluations, and cognitive assessments over two study sessions. Duration of the study spans from January 2019 to December 2019.

  2. Motivation Raise the issue regarding to data regulation Encourage regulation on how user information is used and shared and how accountability of private information collection (PIC) can be truly guaranteed
