INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY One of the greatest risks in stock investing is timing and market exposure. Our focus consists of reducing cost basis, which, in turn, decreases those two risks substantially. As the position progresses through more expiration cycles, the cost of the shares decreases due to the premiums collected. Basis can even become negative. Our trading strategy lowers cost basis on average of 50% per year. That means every year our positions have 50% less risk and after two years our positions become risk free.

FUND LEADERSHIP JARED JOHNSON Mr. Johnson is the Chief Investment Officer of Union Hedge Funds, LLC and has over 20 years experience in private fund management and has created his own trade strategies related to U.S. securities and commodities. Mr. Johnson oversees the investment portfolio as well as creation of new trade strategies, algorithms and investment programs for Union Hedge Funds. A BRADLEY RANDALL, JD Mr. Randall is the Chief Compliance Officer of Union Hedge Funds, LLC and serves as in-house counsel. Mr. Randall assists in the compliance and capital markets groups and acts as the liaison between Union Hedge Funds and legal counsel located in Cayman Islands.
