Purpose The purpose of this presentation is to: provide a summary of ISO 10014:202X, Managing an organization for quality results Guidelines for realizing financial and economic benefits. Note: This standard applies to all organizations regardless of their type or size. It is not intended for use in contracts, regulations, or for certification. Introduction Introduction to ISO 10014:202X This International Standard is specifically directed to the top management of an organization. It provides guidelines for realizing financial and economic benefits by applying a top-down structured approach for monitoring and trending key metrics and taking improvement action using quality management systems and quality management principles. Adoption of these principles is a strategic top-management decision. Implementation of these principles establishes and enables a linkage between effective management and the realization of financial and economic benefits and other organizational goals.
