University Senate September 10, 2015
University Senate September 10, 2015 Summary Welcoming remarks from President Loh. 2015 Board of Regents Faculty & Staff awardees were honored. Willie Brown, Senate Chair, provided an overview of new shared governance principles and procedures.
University Senate September 10, 2015 Summary Reka Montfort, Director, provided an overview of expectations of senators, senate meeting operations, and principles of shared governance. 2015-2016 Committee & Council Slates were approved.
University Senate September 10, 2015 Summary Provost Rankin provided an overview of the Strategic Plan update process. Provost s Office survey to collect feedback from the campus is available through September 30th. Draft Strategic Plan Update will be available the week of September 14-18. The final Strategic Plan Update is anticipated to be presented to the Senate in February 2016.
