  4. Our visions/ambitions for unlocking investment towards instrumental impacts on territories Unlocking investment in SMEs, as core ambition of 3DoP proposal More than 80% of the total grant requested by 3DoP at the benefit of SMEs, i.e. allocated to investments in companies, in particular SMEs Importance of services from e.g. tech infras, serving other SMEs (possible end-users, etc.) Total grant requested by participants: +80% for the benefit of SMEs; around 60% of total grant requested by SMEs participants Unlocking additional investments in SMEs (21 Letters of Intent to Invest , around 10M!) Towards substantial industrial and territorial impacts and avoiding silos as well as resources dilutions : Interlinkedinvestment projects - Packages of investment projects Supply-chain driven, addressing major bottlenecks and leading comp needs At the benefit of SMEs but relying upon cooperationwith other actors (Facility Centres, etc.) Activation of instrumental expertise/service With dedicated actions (and abilities, through the Pilot) for investments leveraging and sustainability In total: 4 packages of I projects (metal, electronics, dental + automatization am factories) 35 partners out of which 24 SMEs and OEMs originating from 15 EU regions (out of which 10 VI region members) 21 Letters of Intentions to Invest post project (around min. 10M additional investments) ! ! !

  5. Some takeaways Some challenging aspects, to be considered by applicants ! Requirement legal status lead partner Co-funding rate for (mainly but not only; see topic of legal status of partners ) management partners (esp. non-profit) 70% co-funding rate for management partners is a challenge (for non-profit partners in particular, but not only) Endorsement letters for organisations providing cross-regional expertise Importance (in the call text, background docs, etc.) of the access to test infras BUT costs of managing network (incl. online tools, etc.) of tech infras not eligible I3 is not Innosup-01 !
