  1. What is it important to study health and wellness? Have you ever given any thought to how your daily habits affect your life? In my health class we re discussing the wellness triangle. The class discussion has made me think about my life and the decisions that I make every day. My life is busy, chaotic at times, so I ve never really looked at whether or not I live a healthy lifestyle until now. So, that s what I m doing in this essay. I ll look at every part of my life and really truly think about it, always asking the same question; Is my life a healthy life? I d like to begin by describing my physical health. Benjamin Franklin once said a long time ago, Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. His words are very powerful because they describes the health triangle by tying all three sides together in one sentence. In this wellness essay I will be telling you about my health triangle and how Benjamin Franklin s statement connects to my life. I d like to begin by describing my physical health.

In my personal life I would like to learn how to handle stress and my anger. This essay has made me think about how I can respect myself better. I am very glad I have so many friends and family that will talk to me. They are all amazing. I feel my social side of the health triangle is balanced well. I will continue to make improvements in all areas of my health triangle. I have learned a lot about my personal wellness as I wrote this essay.
