PARALLEL OPERATIONS Environment: PROD Dates: 12/10/2020 1/14/2021 This stage is the final period of testing to simulate day-in-the-life operation of the WEIS Market. There will be no expectation for dispatchable resources to follow Setpoints. 7

SETTLEMENTS SCORECARD Final scorecards were posted on Tuesday, December 1st which was the last day of postings for Market Trials: Posted to the WEIS Market Trails and Phase 2 folder: https://spp.org/spp-documents-filings/?id=235151. Note: There will be no scorecards posted during parallel operations since there will not be specific scenarios to track. 15
PARALLEL OPERATIONS CALENDAR The Parallel Operations Settlement Calendar has been published for those that are utilizing the Calendar APIs. Will also be published via the Production Portal in Excel and PDF versions once the WEIS Portal release goes to production next Thursday, December 10th. During parallel operations, Settlements will use the normal settlement timeline (not accelerated like was done during Market Trails). As a result, only S7s will be posted during the parallel operations phase of testing. S7 = OD + 7 S7 = OD + 7 S53 = OD + 53 S120 = OD +120 First operating day is 12/10/2020; meter data is due at noon on Dec 14th. First Invoice will post 12/28 (moved due to Holidays, was 12/24). Last operating day is 1/14/2021 Last Invoice will post 1/22/2021 and will include operating days 1/6 through 1/14. 17
