Bubble Football What can one write about this particular sport? It is obvious that some former football player who used to collect yellow cards with a sack thought of it. The man reached his limits and says like another Kid: Is that so? You will see what will happen to you. I will show you . So somehow he thought of putting all the players inside large inflatable balls and causing a small mess.
Bossaball We had presented it to you in detail last summer and since then we have been trying to find out how this particular sport was created. The only logical explanation we found is that we were dealing with someone who was short for volleyball and good at tricks with the ball. So he got a trampoline and started taking his revenge against an unjust society.
Sepak Takraw There are reports from as early as the 15th century that in Malaysia they played this particular sport that combines football, volleyball on a badminton court. Everything, everything, and a soul.
Underwater Hockey Underwater hockey (UWH), also known as Octopush in the United Kingdom, is a globally played limited-contact sport in which two teams compete to manoeuvre a puck across the bottom of a swimming pool into the opposing team's goal by propelling it with a hockey stick (or pusher).
Chess Boxing Chess boxing, or chessboxing, is a hybrid sport that combines two traditional disciplines: chess and boxing.[1][2] Two combatants play alternating rounds of blitz chess and boxing until one wins by checkmate or knockout. It is also possible to win by time penalty as in normal chess, and by boxing decision if there is a draw in the chess round.[3]
Yukigassen We didn't expect snowball fights to become a sport. More relevant than ever, since it snows in our country too, yukigassen started as an idea in Japan and now there are annual tournaments in many countries around the world. So, since it snows in Athens too, everyone is out on the streets for yukigassen.
The Muggle Quidditch Quidditch, officially and commonly known as quadball since 2022, is a team sport that was created in 2005 at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, United States, and was inspired by the fictional game of the same name in the Harry Potter books by the author J. K. Rowling.[5] Two teams of seven players each, astride broomsticks and opposing each other on a rectangular pitch, compete with the primary objective of passing a ball through the defenders' hoops, while preventing their opponents from passing it through their own hoops. The real- world sport is sometimes referred to as "muggle quidditch" to distinguish it from the fictional game of the books, which involves magical elements such as flying broomsticks and enchanted balls a muggle in the Harry Potter series being a person without magical abilities. The sport is played around the world.
Dodgeball Dodgeball is a team sport in which players on two opposing teams try to throw balls and hit opponents while avoiding being hit themselves. The objective of each team is to eliminate all members of the opposing team by hitting them with thrown balls, catching a ball thrown by an opponent, or inducing an opponent to commit a violation, such as stepping outside the court.
Korfball Korfball (Dutch: Korfbal) is a mixed-gender team sport played with a ball, similar to netball and basketball. It is played by two teams of eight players, with four men and four women on each team. The aim is for one player to throw the ball into a basket without a net, which is placed on a 3.5- metre-high pole.
Lacrosse Lacrosse is a team sport played with a stick and a ball. Each team consists of 10 players (one goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards), each of whom is equipped with a stick resembling a lacrosse and with which he manipulates the ball in an attempt to score goals in the opponent's goal.
