  16. Interview Analysis When asked who is the most resilient person you know? 19 interviewee answered this questions 15 said there family; 12 saying parents specifically, 3 said friend, and 1 said political figure

  17. Interview Analysis Finally, when ask were you ever part of a group that was resilient? 8 interviewees answered this question 6 stated a sport team, 1 stated group therapy, and 1 stated internship team

  18. Interview Analysis When asked Do you believe it's hard to be resilient? 19 interviewees answered this question 12 said yes it is hard to be resilient, 3 said no it was easy to be resilient, and 4 said something depending on the situation or depending on the person

  19. Major Themes Concluded From Our Interviews After concluding our interviews there were clearly overlapping perspectives of resilience and we were able to extract some of those themes. Adaptability is crucial when building resilience Perspective and mindset play a huge role when it comes to resilience Resilience comes from experience Environment shapes the person's capacity to be resilient Resilience isn t always good

  25. Our Definition of Resilience We concluded that everyone has their own perspective on resilience and a different level of resilience. What surprised us the most is what we learned about ourselves during this process. Our definition of resilience is that it s a never ending journey and is affected by numerous factors such as age, environment, experience, and perspective.
