Project Location N Mayflower Drive (W Grande Market Drive to Schroth Lane) Ingenuity, Integrity, and Intelligence.
Project Background Roadway widening, asphalt resurfacing, pavement marking Intersection Improvements Adding dedicated left turn lanes at the intersection of Mayflower Dr and STH 96 Installation of underground conduit for future WisDOT traffic signal installation Drainage improvements Replacement of cross-culverts and deficient driveway culverts Spot grading roadway ditches Town received Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) funding for project No special assessments or project costs will be charged to landowners. Ingenuity, Integrity, and Intelligence.

Project Timeline Work on N Mayflower Drive is anticipated to begin August 2025. Construction is anticipated to be completed by October 1, 2025. Ingenuity, Integrity, and Intelligence.
Impacts to Residents and Businesses Driveway access during culvert replacement and paving Contractor will notify resident prior to restricting driveway access. Asphalt driveway and culvert replacement will be completed during the day and access will be restored by the end of the working day. Traffic Detour Detour will be posted to alert motorists of the road closure Planned 28-day closure on Mayflower Drive north and south of STH 96 for concrete pavement construction, culvert replacement, roadway widening Contractor will accommodate access for garbage trucks and mail delivery Ingenuity, Integrity, and Intelligence.

Project Safety Reduce Travel Speed - Please lower your speed while driving within the project limits to maintain the safety of the workers. Maintain Distance from Equipment - Operators have limited visibility from equipment. Make sure that you keep a safe distance from equipment. Avoid Active Work Areas - If you can avoid an active work area, please do so to maintain safety of the workers and progress of the project. Do Not Tamper with Staking/Locating - Staking is critical items are installed correctly, please do not alter or remove stakes or utility locating flags. Ingenuity, Integrity, and Intelligence.
