CRR Long Term Auction Solution Time, Transaction Limits oUpdated graph showing solution times across auctions showed recent slight uptick despite fewer transactions per account holder (using 3000 limit until NPRR 1261 is implemented) oDiscussion of optimal ranges for transaction limits per account holder and growth of market oMarket Redesign: removing multi-month product oContinuing to study impact of removing multi-month product oPricing report to curb participation for price discovery oStaff continued working with vendor to explore pricing report concept oNew TOU super peak obligation to avoid some option bidding oCMWG will have discussion in February on super peak TOU concept oSurvey was suggested to gather comprehensive market feedback to inform changes in limits, products, and bid minimums
CRR Calendar oUpdated calendar was shared, as presented to WMS, adding dates through 2028.MAR.Monthly.Auction oModel build process begins 3 weeks prior to model posting date added a 3rdweek at the beginning of 2023 due to changes to model build tools oMonthly and long-term auction every month of the year, usually sequential weeks oMonthly results post one week after bid window closes; long term results posted two weeks after bid window closes oApproved calendar will be posted by April 1, 2025
Other Business oNoted conflicts with CMWG meeting dates and CRR auction closing dates CMWG leadership will review and adjust meeting dates oSolar TOU CRR product proposal to be discussed next month oNPRR 1214 comments expected to be fundamentally consistent with version reviewed by CMWG and to be returned to WMS
