Limited Duration Market Facing I-test Opens morning of Friday July 16th ERCOT will load users provided through the mapping responses and initiate email to users Users to follow email instructions to gain access to their REC accounts Access for account administrators with no mapping provided REC account admin will need to send a request to recadmin@ercot.com to be added to the account Email will be generated once the admin is added to the account Closes afternoon of Friday July 23rd, 4:00 pm ish URL link to the test environment Will be sent, via Email, to account admins prior to July 16th Account admins to provide the URL link to account users 2 PUBLIC

Market I-test Objectives Trial run with new user login process View changes prior to production release Verify mapping of users to email was as expected Provide feedback on anything that looks like a defect or appears to be out of place 5 PUBLIC
AUTH0 Login - Existing User Migration ERCOT adds user email based on account administrator user mapping responses User receives email with a password reset link User clicks on the link and updates/sets their password User initiates sign into the application from the REC website User will be prompted to enter their phone number User enters their phone number for multi-factor authentication User receives a text message & enters the code to verify identity User receives a recovery code that will allow them to sign in without their phone (in case of loss) User confirms receipt of the code, and is re-directed into the application via a "continue" link User is immediately presented with the ERCOT Terms of Use Policy User agrees to the terms of use & has access to the REC Dashboard If user does not agree, they are forcibly logged out of the application If the user attempts to login again the same Terms of Use are presented 6 PUBLIC
