Intra-party divisions could exacerbate the gridlock on major legislative initiatives. Divided Congress means Biden will rely on regulatory action and Executive Orders.

Multi-Employer Pension Reform This is an issue that Congress must address at some point. Retirement legislation of some kind is likely to move in the next Congress. Monitoring these discussions and playing defense against anything bad happening is our charge. Keystone XL advocacy Working with PLCA leadership and other stakeholders to marshal support for to keep Keystone XL on track.
