Top Findings | Balances Option to suppress zero balances was requested Unposted Transactions would be useful Prototype options were preferred to current design Drilldowns were well received Excel export is most useful
Feedback Details What Date are these filtering on? Apply Filters was found every time (improvement over Core) Lookup From label needs clarification. Filter should default to All. Options for hiding rows with a zero balance or including unposted transactions would be beneficial
Feedback Details Excel export would be the most useful & had better formatting Having 3 rows for each segment combination can be confusing. Collapse All was frequently overlooked Drilldowns were easy to read and understand.
