Program Quality Rubric In conversation with the field, many mentioned assistance in setting up a distance education program. SCALING THE CVC EXCHANGE IS A TOP PRIORITY FOR THE CHANCELLOR The CVC-OEI will increase its integration with other CCCCO activities, plans, and outreach.
