3 Brainstorm session (15 mins) Break into groups any size, any members and be prepared to get your creative juices flowing
4 Brainstorm question What creative employment opportunities can you see in the business you work in or any business you can think of?
5 Volunteer for sharing with the group (10 min) Can one person volunteer to talk about their opportunity and we can brainstorm idea to turn this opportunity into a step by step action plan essentially bringing to life the idea
6 Creating your own action plan (15 min) Now all discuss in your groups how you can help turn everyone s creative ideas into an action plan for success.
7 Wrap up (5 mins) Recap on any great ideas that came out of the group sessions
