  6. How Our Grant Will Be Used $50,000 Project Grant Funds Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) program for girls dropping out of school due to pregnancy and lack of social- emotional care Works with the girls mothers in small-scale savings and loans programs 6

Budget Item Description Cost Training specialist in SRH program MindLeaps SRH Coach (leading 4 hours/week for 50 girls in Year 1) MindLeaps SRH Coach (leading 8 hours/week for 100 girls in Year 2) SRH Program Personnel $20,116 Project Coordinator (50% of time for 24 months) Local Accountant for Financial Reporting (10% of time for 24 months) Country Director (15% of Country Director's cost for 24 months) Staff $11,384 Snacks and water cost of $1 per girl per session, two sessions per week Supplies for SRH Sessions $10,400 M&E Tracker SEL (social-emotional learning) measurements, monthly self-assessments $4,000 Home/School Visits By Coaches Monitoring girls progress $2,500 Additional supplies SRH materials, certificates of completion $1,600 Total $50,000 7

How Our Grant Will Be Used $50,000 Project Grant Funds Binti Breaking Barriers Project Tackles systemic barriers to gender equality Psychosocial support for teen moms through football Safe spaces for education: sexual and reproductive health and rights, FGM/C, women s rights, & economic empowerment 10

Budget Item Description Cost Monthly meetings at the nearest health facility; participants receive information on SRHR, infant nutrition, back-to-school opportunities, and entrepreneurial skills; psychosocial support. Facilitated by MTG staff and qualified health care provider Teen Mothers Support Groups $17,143 Staff Staff and administrative costs $13,613 Scholarships $13,179 Supporting 100 girls with education scholarships Peer Program Training Community Savings Groups Training of youth peer providers and peer educator $2,393 Implementation through quarterly sessions, including savings and business skills $2,186 Duty Bearer Sensitization Quarterly duty bearers meetings facilitated by MTG staff to discuss progress, challenges, and support requirements $1,486 Total $50,000 11
