  1. Troubleshooting For Vehicle System | Driver Screen The screen does not work properly For other errors, contact Consat Does the touch screen work when pressing on the bus icon? Yes Is there an image? Yes Yes No Go to the touchscreen test in the maintenance menu. Is the whole screen s surface working? No Are the power and the VGA connectors fastened to the screen? Control that the connectors are properly fastened. Is the problem solved? No Yes Report to Consat Plug the USB on the bottom of the screem and in the AIC. Is the problem solved? No No Yes Yes Control that the connectors are properly fastened. Is the problem solved? Yes No Is the VGA cable connected to the AIC? Report to Consat Send the broken screen to Consat and report. No No Calibrate the screen. Press 2x5 secs on the screen and then press on the appearing crosses. Is the problem solved? No Yes Are all the fuses intact? Is there power going to the screen? Report to Consat No Yes Replace the blown fuses. Is the problem solved? Report to Consat Yes No No Replace the screen. Is the problem solved? Send the broken screen to Consat and report. Yes Replace the screen. Is the problem solved? Yes No Send the broken screen to Consat and report. Verify that the cable is not damaged. Is the problem solved? No Yes Report to Consat Yes Try another AIC. Is the problem solved? Control that the AIC is loaded with the right software, then go through the installation process. AIC reported No Wrong position at the stop point For other errors, contact Consat Vehicle is not reporting Door signal reported Are all the fuses intact? Run the Odometer log and drive the bus a few meters to get values. Is the problem solved? Run a door test in the maintenance menu and control that the signal goes to the AIC. Can the test system run the central connection? Yes Replace the blown fuses. Is the problem solved? Run the GPS log outdoors. The GPS test in the test system only tests the communication between the AIC and the modem. Is the problem solved? No No Check the cables and the modem. Is the modem s power flashing? Sign reported No Troubleshoot the odometer signal on the bus or the wiring to the AIC. Troubleshoot further. Control that the AIC has voltage on A1 and A3. Yes Run a sign test according to the configuration. Is the problem solved? No No Check the fuses and even replace the modem if it does not help (don t forget the SIM card). Is the problem solved? No Is the wiring properly done? Read the diagnostic files with the USB. No No Is any sign black? Control the plate block (branching). Else troubleshoot the sign. No Replace the modem (don t forget the SIM card). Redo the test. Is the problem solved? No Test with another AIC. Is the problem solved? Read the diagnostic files with the USB. Yes No No Control that the AIC is loaded with the right software, then go through the installation process. Is the problem solved? No No Yes Restart the screen. Is the problem solved? Control that the connectors are properly plugged. Is the problem solved? Is the network cable plugged in the upper AIC inlet? Ja No Yes No No Yes Replace the screen, is the problem solved? Report to Consat No Is there voltage coming to the screen? Are all the fuses intact? Report to Consat No No Yes No Yes Send the unit to Consat with a description and a report. Replace the blown fuses. Is the problem solved? Test with another AIC. Is the problem solved? Yes Restart the screen. Is the problem solved? Yes Check the network between the sign and the AIC. Is the problem solved?
