The Pathfinder Award Award Focus: Leadership 2 more personal growth reflections & goals 2 more Tier II or III adventures; Lead one of them Ethical controversy and conflict resolution Moving on: expanding opportunities Project Management Training Complete 1 of the following: 36 additional service hours Serve in an officer position for 6 months Plan a project designed to sustain your crew Participate in or staff a national leadership course Advisor conference and board of review CREATED BY CR VENTURING, 2016

  11. Tying It All Together All awards are attainable if a crew is functioning. Encourages participation in activities.
