Rate Includes: Chauffer driven vintage car, fuel Rate Excludes: Meals, drinks, additional transport, toll fees/ entrance fees.
T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S RATES All rates quoted are Net and are Inclusive of 14% V.A.T. PAYMENTS A Deposit of 50% of the Total Event Cost is required to secure the Event. The Balance of Payment is due Fourteen (14) Days prior to the Event. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Total Event Cost is levied if the Event is cancelled within Fourteen (14) Days of it taking place. A Cancellation Fee of 100% of the Total Event Cost is levied if the Event is cancelled within Seven (07) Days of it taking place. While every effort is made to make Alternative Arrangements should the event not be able to run due to bad weather, the above cancellation fees will apply if this is not possible. No Refunds will be entertained should the client not arrive for the event. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS All relevant medical Issues or phobias must be disclosed prior to the event. Clients will be required to complete an Indemnity Form.
