2018-219 SPP Goals ELA- We will increase the percentage of students not yet at or above grade level standard who are on track to be proficient in ELA within three years (Catch Up) from 25% to 35% as measured by the SBAC assessment. We will increase the percentage of students at or above grade level and are growing adequately to remain there from 53% to 56% as measured by the SBAC. In grades K-2 80% of students will exceed their goals for growth set by NWEA in fall of 2018. Goal Exceeded-25%-41% and 53% to 65% Math-We will increase the percentage of students not yet at or above grade level standard who are on track to be proficient in math within three years (Catch Up) from 12% to 20% as measured by the SBAC assessment. We will increase the percentage of students at or above grade level and are growing adequately to remain there from 47% to 52% as measured by the SBAC. Close to goal- 12%-15%, and 47% to 55%

Palmer Designation TSI-One or more subgroups not meeting targets two years in a row on one or more measures within Academic Achievement Indicator. One or more subgroups not meeting targets not meeting targets two years in a row with two or more reading indicators (MGP/AGP) ELPA AGP, or student engagement (opportunity gap/chronic absenteeism). ATSI-The all student group performance will be identified based on the performance of the schools at the top 5thpercentile at each school level. The lowest all student group will be used at the cut to determine performance level expectations for each subgroups. If the performance of any one subgroups on any one measure is at or below the cut performance level then the school is ATSI.
