Why Russia!? All that the general Indian knows about Russian people, are that they drink Vodka, and it snows a lot here. Purpose of visit: To immerse myself in a culture that I knew nothing about. ( also to learn cooking :P) First impression: Sun rise at 8.30 AM??! Cold! Language barrier! What I love about Tomsk: Leisurely life

Life @ IITM Great academics ( Recently acknowledged as No.1 univ in India by MHRD) Ipals (similar to buddy building club) Everyone speaks English!! IITM- City within a city. Peaceful, away from all the noise of the city Cycle cycle everywhere!
Namma Chennai! Rich cultural heritage. Diwali, Holi, Navaratri, Pongal and other hindu festivals Coast of Indian Ocean. Marina beach- Largest natural beach in the world Temperature range: Between 20 and 42 Deg C
