Budget Reconciliation Boulder Care revised request Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness revised request $710,000 Revised request: Under/Over Allocation $40,000 $0 $750,000 Additional budget considerations: Boulder Care increased budget by $26,887 to cover three service elements Needed to increase budget because original was developed for a statewide application based on economy of scale. Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness reduced by $1,942,131 in three areas: - $495k in personnel costs reductions (Transition Housing Manager, MAT RN, 2 Peer Supports and 2 Crisis Response workers) - $547k in services and supplies reductions (travel, staff technology, childcare, gas, utilities, etc.) - $770k in capital costs (removed a house purchase and remodel) 6
