  1. WAR IN HEAVEN AND GREAT ANGER ON EARTH

  2. MEMORY VERSE: And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought (Revelation 12:7) and his angels TEXT: Revelation 12:1-17

  3. INTRODUCTION The book of Rev. chapter 12 describes the special vision that John the beloved saw while on the Isle of Patmos. This special vision is about the final battle between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness which is being controlled by Satan. This vision describes four great battles between the Almighty God and Satan our enemy.

  4. i. Satan's battle with Jesus Christ and His work of saving sinners (Rev. 12:1-5) INTRODUCTION CONT D. ii. Satan's war against the faithful believers from Israel (Rev. 12:6,13-16) iii.Satan's anger and war against heaven, the home of Jesus and His friends (Rev. 12:7-9) iv.Satan's anger and battle with friends of Jesus from every nation of the world (Rev. 12:11,17)

  5. WAR IN HEAVEN Like a servant who rebels against his caring master and wants to take over his estate, Satan rebelled and chose to fight against God and His people. He lost the battle, his position in heaven and was cast down with his followers to the earth. He came down to the earth with great anger to deceive the people of the world and cause them to hate God.

  6. Satan is going about now as a roaring lion seeking who to devour and destroy. This is the reason you must run to Jesus and ask for forgiveness and cleansing of your sins through His precious blood. He will save and keep you safe from the fiery lion in this world. There is still going to be a final battle at the end of the world. This is what the Bible refers to as the battle of Armageddon. It is going to be a great battle where Satan and his followers (sinners) will be disgraced and thrown into hell to suffer forever. ANGER ON EARTH

  7. VICTORY THROUGH JESUS Through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have victory over Satan. Only those that believe in Jesus that will overcome Satan and his agents (Rev. 12:11). No one can fight against God and win; Jesus has given us the victory already. If you are still a sinner, you are one of the servants of Satan.

  8. It is important that you repent now. Ask for forgiveness and cleansing of your sins with the blood of Jesus. VICTORY THROUGH JESUS CONT D. Invite Jesus to come into your heart as your personal Saviour and Lord. Continue watching, praying and living a holy life every day. to follow Jesus by As you do all these, God will give you victory over every battle of life.
