Upcoming Season Events All scheduled events will be listed on Sports Engine website. (Parents should subscribe to the calendar feed for automatic updates.) July 15th Registration opens in EduTrak on District s website please register as soon as possible and make sure your player has a current/unexpired physical on file at physicals@isd624.org (Physicals expire after 3 years, so SENIORS usually need a new one). July 18th Chaska Scrimmage lunch provided by Tamara & Chad Hartmann & Boosters July 19th Annual Golf Tournament at Oak Glen July 27th to August 27th Marsden Vikings Training Camp Fundraiser (9 dates) August 11th Midnight Madness August 15th -Freshmen Photo Day August 16th 10th - Varsity Photo Day No re-takes will be available, including for senior banners August 20th Potluck Dinner and Team Preview Night August 24th JV/Varsity Scrimmage @ St. Michael 9:30am and Media Night Photo Shoot with Brennan Schactner for the kids (will be held in the evening time TBD) August 25th Car Wash Team Building/Fundraiser at Hisdahl s August 29th Season opener in new home stadium Youth Night & Salute to Service? September 13th Home game and Tackle Cancer September 20th Home game and Senior Night October @ 7th or 8th Mom s Tackle Sons October 11th Homecoming game November 10th Varsity Banquet
SignUp Genius (SUG - one per event) primarily used for fundraising and pre- season events - will always be available on our website, sent via email, and posted on Facebook. Current active SUG s: 1) Chaska Scrimmage Lunch 2) Golf Fundraiser Prize and Silent Auction Donations 3) Golf Tournament Event Day Support 4) Vikings Training Camp Fundraiser DIBS are in Sports Engine, used for IN-SEASON logistics such as varsity game day stadium prep, chain gangs, game clock operators, varsity pregame dinner/postgame breakfast servers & donations, etc. Many Volunteers are Needed to Make the Season FUN for the Kids!
