Market Outage (10/8) SPP actually had two periods of outage on 10/8 Approx. 1010-1020 & 1050-1145. Settlements will continue using the LMPs from the last successful WRTBM solution during the outage. OCTOBER MODEL The October model changes became effective as of operating day 09/29/2020 in the Member Test Environment (MTE). Meter data submitted to MTE for operating dates on or after 09/29/2020 will need to take into account modeling changes submitted for October. 18
