EXPECTATIONS OATI Tag Forwarding to SWPP Resources are not to follow WEIS dispatch but should provide updated availability data below: Resource (Commit Status Commit Status) and Ancillary Service (Fixed OR Plans Resource parameters (Ramp Rates Ramp Rates, Limits based offers Ensure real-time data (CMOD CMOD, MW SPP Dispatchable resources: Commit Status = SELF, CMOD = 1/2, SCADA MW = +MW Fixed OR) Limits) and dollar- MW via ICCP via ICCP) is available to 8
TAGGING IN PRODUCTION Prerequisite: SPP will provide language to include on your letterhead to be sent to OATI notifying OATI to forward tags to SWPP for purposes of participating in the WEIS market. Parallel Operations will occur in the production environment. MPs will not tag any differently than they do today. Production tags will be recognized by the WEIS market by using a NERC Source/Sink and PSE combination that is registered with the WEIS market. Tags created prior to 12/1/2020 that extend beyond 12/10/2020 will need to be terminated and resubmitted in order to be used by the WEIS market. 9

PARALLEL OPERATIONS CALENDAR During last week s call, there was a request to add some additional S53 postings to the Parallel Operations Calendar. Settlements is proposing the creation of re-settlements after the S7 postings for three selected operating days during parallel operations to accommodate the need for a second posting for MP verification. Proposed operating days: 12/22 Post on 1/6, *Meter submission due by noon 1/5 12/29 Post on 1/13, *Meter submission due by noon 1/12 1/5 Post on 1/20, *Meter submission due by noon 1/19 *Meter submission for the re-settlement days will be due by noon the previous day. Reminders will be given during these calls for any upcoming re-settlements. 13
PARALLEL OPERATIONS CALENDAR The Parallel Operations Settlement Calendar has been published on the Portal and via the Settlements API. Currently posted version on the Portal includes the additional proposed resettlements. During parallel operations, the normal settlement timeline will apply. This will result in primarily S7 postings, plus the additional proposed 3 resettlements. S7 = OD + 7 S7 = OD + 7 S53 = OD + 53 S120 = OD +120 First operating day is 12/10/2020; meter data is due at noon on Dec 14th. First Invoice will post 12/28 (moved due to Holidays, was 12/24). Last operating day is 1/14/2021 Last Invoice will post 1/22/2021 and will include operating days 1/6 through 1/14. 14
