ShurparakaEducational and Medical Trust, is well known for its Academic excellence in PalgharDistrict. It was created in 1984by a bank of likeminded, dedicated and sincere friends from soparavillage with a motto.
DR.ZAHIR KAZI Scannalogist and an eminent educationist & social activist in Mumbai. He is the President of Anjuman-I-Islam, the largest minority educational and social conglomerate in the country with over one lakh students and more than 75 institutions. He is an elected member of the senate, Mumbai University, with highest number of votes. Dr. Kazi is highly respected Radiologist, Sonologist An President MR.SAGIR DANGE Mr. Sagir Dange is a man in hurry, want s tomorow swork to be done yesterday. He doesn t believe in procrastination, rather would take the problem or any issue head on and get it resolved. This has earned him great respect and admiration among the masses. Mr. Danghe is the first Deputy Mayor of Newly formed Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation in 2012. He passed S.S.C. in 1962 from Anjuman-I-Islam, Mumbai and joined Ismail Yusuf College VICE PRESIDENT
MR. KHALID E. CHINDE Mr. Chinde is a well-known & admired personality in Sopara. From his youth ne has been active in the social field. He has great affinity towards the poor & deprived people. He is also very generous. He is the sarpanch of Sopara Gram Panchayat for two terms. He is always on the forefront for inter community social & cultural activities Vice president MR. ASIM MEHMUD KHAN Mr. Khan was born in June 1953. He Passed SSC from Rais High School, Bhivandi & Graduated in from Ismail Yusuf College. Later he Obtained Diploma in Human Resource from TATA Institute of Social Science. He work with Johnson & Johnson for 35 year & retired in 2013 as Plant HR Manager. Joint Secretary
MR. NAJEEB M. CHAWRE Mr. Chawre is a man of action, a go getter & a problem solver. He passed SSC from Anjuman Khairul Islam, Sopara & B.A from St. Xavier s College, Mumbai. Later he graduated in Law from Govt. Law College. Instead of practicing Law, he started construction business. He is among the first few builders who stared the transformation of Sopara, from a small & dusty village, to a progressing city that it has now become. Joint Secretary DR. ASMAT PATEL smile. He passed SSC Anjuman I Islam, CST in 1966 & graduated in Science from Maharashtra College in Pharmacy. Later, he joined Tibbiya College, Mumbai & Passed BUMS with flying colours. He is one of the first few Doctor in the village of Sopara. Dr. Patel is known for his benevolence & Service with a Trustee
MR. BURHAN HARRIS Mr. Burhan Harris was Born in September, 1952. He passed SSC from Anjuman Khairul Islam & B.A.from St. Xavier s College, Mumbai. He has got a vast experience of business development in IT industry. He as been the brain behind a very successful enterprise. Like his father, he was also inclined towards social service. Trustee
DR.MOHAMMED KHALID AHMAD The launching of the ambitious Ayushman Bharat- Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) in Ranchi, on 23rd September has been published in the newspapers. About 89% of rural households and 82% of urban households have no access to health care insurance/assurance. Over 17% of Indian's population spends at least 10% of household budget for health services. 24% of rural households and 18% of urban households borrow money to meet health care expenses. (Saktivel Selvaraj & Preeti Kumar, Deccan Herald, September 30, 2018). PMJAY is meant to reduce such catastrophic expenditure on hospitalization for the poor. The insurance (health assurance) scheme aims to provide an annual health cover of Rs.5 lakh per family for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization
