Operations - - - - Keep track of inventory Handle day to day stuff like emptying bins Help with other groups activities Will speak directly and handle most things involving the Phil the Box organization Today you need to scout companies to call and by ready to start making calls by the end of today - Page # 3 Page 3
Finance - Will handle money and inventory of prizes - Responsible for distribution of prizes and record of recipients - Will make calls to companies to get products - Create a target list of at least 100 companies with contact information and addresses - Today you need to make a script for when you call companies and by ready to start calling companies by the end of today Page # 4 Page 4
HR - - - Resolve Conflicts Answer questions Write script for calling companies Page # 5 Page 5
Marketing Communications Posters Create posters to start marketing our goal Announcements Student announcements with prizes and updates Weekly newletter slides for parents Social Media Weekly Posts Get parents and neighborhoods to share Make fun video promos Marketing for parent night Creating ideas for what they will post on social media Page # 6 Page 6
