MANDATORY HYDRATION TEST (Goff) OCT 12th 11:00am South Forsyth We will meet at West Forsyth Stadium lot at 10:30am Dress in shorts/t-shirt/tennis shoes Bring $10 Drink lot of water in the days before You will need your own transportation to and from
Injury/Skin Protocol (Goff) 99% of all skin stuff can be killed with soap and water if you bathe right after practice and competition. See coach if you notice anything unusual Coach will begin paperwork process to get you approved note. Check yourself daily and communicate Notify coach of any injury (you are going to be sore, that is not injured)
