Sing in the church Her mother Cissy Houston is a gospel singer. Whitney is a Christian. She sang in the church of 8!
1977-1984 early career At the age of 14,she sang in nightclubs with her mother. a backup singer of some bands at 15. A photographer discovered her and became a fashion model The single was released in1984.
1985-1986 international pop song star Saving All My Love for You was released.No.1inboththe US &UK. Won the GRAMMY Award by this song.
Career Peak She won many music awards. She supporter of Nelson Mandela, who was imprisoned at the time and is now President of South Africa. 1988,she perform a concert at Wembley Stadium in London to celebrate Nelson Mandela's 70th birthday.

Marriage She met singer Bobby Brown at the 1989. After a three-year courtship, the two were married. Bobby Brown was a bad boy and not loyal to marriage at all . In 1993, Houston gave birth to their daughter Bobbi Kristina Houston Brown, her only child, and his fourth. Divorced in2006.
