Council Vision &Mission Vision Statement As a passionate advocate for safe, inclusive, and equitable workplaces, my vision as State President of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Council is to build a culture of zero tolerance for sexual harassment across all sectors. I envision a future where awareness, accountability, and empathy are ingrained in every organization ensuring psychological safety, dignity, and justice for all, irrespective of gender, role, or background. Mission Statement: As State President of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, my mission is to lead impactful initiatives that educate, empower, and enforce. I am committed to driving systemic change by promoting robust policies, fostering inclusive dialogue, building capacity through training, and holding institutions accountable. Through strategic partnerships, legal advocacy, and community engagement, I aim to create safe, respectful, and equitable workplaces where every individual is treated with dignity and protected from harassment, bias, and discrimination. 2

ANUJA KOCHHAR, PRESIDENT Anuja Kochhar is a distinguished strategic human resource leader with nearly two decades of experience and an Executive Post Graduate qualification in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI. Currently, as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Tipsons Group. Anuja's contributions to the HR profession have been widely recognized, earning her prestigious awards such as the Women Achievers Award (2024), Great Indian CHRO Leader (2024), and HR Professional of the Year (2018). She is also a published co-author of the book New Dimensions on HRD, and has presented research papers at both national and international conferences, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in human resources. With over two decades of HR leadership experience across capital markets, microfinance, infrastructure, and financial services, she has led the design and execution of POSH policies in multiple organizations and have institutionalized annual POSH awareness programs, ensuring inclusivity by reaching field and frontline employees. She has served as an Internal Committee Member in my previous roles, ensuring due process, confidentiality, and fairness in all proceedings. She has also mentored aspiring women leaders and led DEI initiatives aimed at dismantling workplace gender biases. 4

Priyanka Jadav, Advocate | High Court of Gujarat | LLB, B.com An experienced legal practitioner with a strong foundation in Indian laws, specializing in civil litigation, family disputes, NI Act, and land revenue matters. Currently practicing at the Gujarat High Court and previously she was practicing at Surat District and Taluka courts. 5

  6. Sukruti Mehta & Council Member I m Sukruti Mehta, a passionate and performance-oriented HR professional with over 3.5 years of hands-on experience in the Human Resources domain. Currently positioned as an HR Executive at Tipsons Group, I bring a strong foundation in both scientific and managerial disciplines, having earned an M.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA in Human Resource Management. In my journey so far, I ve consistently aligned HR practices with business goals, driving both organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. My role has spanned key HR functions including end-to- end recruitment, seamless on boarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations each contributing to a more cohesive and motivated workforce. With a people-first approach and a continuous learning mind-set, I aim to create positive work cultures that support employee development, productivity, and retention. 6

TRUPTI THAKKAR & COUNCIL MEMBER With more than a decade of experience in administration, I m Trupti Thakkar a committed and qualified professional currently working as Manager HR and Admin at Tipsons Group. I hold an M.Com and LLA and several specialized diplomas, including PGDBA, PGDIBO, PGDAHRD, and a Diploma in Labor Practices. I handle a wide range of admin responsibilities and thrive on building employee-focused environments. My passion lies in aligning organizational goals with employee well-being, ensuring smooth operations while nurturing a positive, people-first workplace culture. 7

  8. CS Nilam Makwana & Council Member A seasoned Company Secretary and Legal professional with over 9 years of rich experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory affairs. She is a qualified Company Secretary (CS), holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and an MBA in Human Resources, combining legal acumen with strategic HR insight.Currently associated with a listed company, she plays a key role in ensuring adherence to Corporate laws, SEBI Regulations, and Board Governance Practices. Her expertise spans across Company Law matters, Contract Management, Secretarial Audits, and Stakeholder engagement.In addition to her executive role, she also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of listed companies, bringing a balanced perspective and strong governance oversigh 8
