  1. Wide Area IoT Network Utilizing Cloud Computing Keenan Leatham Advisor: Dr. Esther Ososanya

  2. Purpose Internet of Things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to- computer interaction. Thorough Amazon AWS services we are trying to enable Alexa to send commands from the user to the DJI Tello drone. For example, If I say drone fly up, down, left, right, etc.; the drone will fly in that direction. This is very intriguing because we are exploring the future of controlling many electronic devices utilizing devices such as the Amazon Alexa Dot. The goal of this project is developing a LoRaWAN infrastructure to study the security of communications based on Low Power Wide and Local Area Networks. We will fabricate different IoT systems evaluating security vulnerabilities and countermeasures to improve existing IoT systems.

  3. Challenges Steep Learning Curve Learning AWS Switching Coding languages in my head simultaneously. Time

  5. Tello Drone Can Fly in Circles,360, and Up & Away. Electronic Image Stabilization Capture consistently clear images. Contains Intel Processor. Compatible with Multiple Programming languages.

  6. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) is a central part of Amazon s cloud-computing platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS), allowing users to rent virtual computers on which to run their own computer applications. Amazon EC2

  7. Amazon Skills Console

  8. JSON Editor

  9. Drone Security Packages

  10. Future Work We are creating multiple jammers to block different signals. Studying the vulnerabilities of Modern Electronic Devices. Creating possible security measures.
