GSC16-GRSC9-19 Challenges Broadband wireless access is not competitive with 3G and enhanced 3G technology. Since Basic telecom operators prefer deploying 3G cellular networks than building BWA networks, it s better to enhance BWA technology and applied them to private network. Now there exists several technologies supporting trunking services, such as SCDMA based, LTE based, TETRA and other technologies.
