Approve transactions and set up delegations
There are two types of delegations that can be assigned: Approving Transactions & Setting Delegations Initiation: An assigned delegate may initiate a business process acting on behalf of the person requesting the delegation. Approve: The assigned delegate may also approve transactions acting on behalf of the person requesting the delegation.
Workday@OKs absence management
Absence Management Within the My Team Management tab, managers can: Correct/cancel time off on behalf of employee. Return Enter employee absences. employees from leave.
Performance management and managing feedback
In Workday@OK, a worker profile provides managers with access to employees performance information. From this page, managers may view Talent and Performance metrics for their employees. Performance Management & Feedback View Performance Profile. View Career Profile. View and provide Feedback. Assess Potential. Start Disciplinary Action.
Submitting a job change and understanding compensation planning
The Change Job process in Workday@OK is used to initiate changes for an employee that include job data changes, location changes, promotions, and transfers between managers and organizations. Job Changes
Along with performance information, the worker profile within Workday@OK also provides managers with a compensation overview and the ability to make changes to an employee s compensation. Managers can: Compensation Planning Initiate Compensation Change. View Pay Range. Request One-Time Payments.
Find and run key reports
Reports Reports function from desktop or mobile devices and can be exported to Excel or interacted with in Workday@OK via live dashboards. There are standard and custom reports within Workday@OK, and you can save any to your Favorites. Reports come with parameter and filter options where applicable.
