  2. Campus Workplace Options & Recommendations Key items OSU: Ohio State will encourage and support a variety of work arrangements including remote, hybrid, and in-person work. It is important to embrace the flexible work schedules and remote technology capabilities put into place during the pandemic, while also supporting in-person experiences. Senior leaders may make determinations on appropriate allocation of office space in alignment with Campus Workstyle Plans. Require each area to inform Human Resources of the percentage of employees working in-person, remote or hybrid until each college/unit works to ensure flexible work agreements are in the system/tool. Continue the requirement that all faculty and staff fill out a Flexible Work Agreement when working a remote or hybrid arrangement in any capacity. Survey campus faculty and staff late 2022 to re-evaluate the workplace climate.
