2. Training package goals The aim is to provide those involved in developing a national instrument on internal displacement with the technical skills to do so in terms of process and content. Such instruments aim to contribute to the prevention of displacement, the protection of IDPs and other people affected by displacement and the pursuit of durable solutions. 2
